Our signature treatment, built around your scalp. Consultation and microscope analysis, a double shampoo, the Yume head bath, scalp and hair treatment, and a full blow-dry finish — with the room kept for you alone from start to finish.

- 01 — Scalp Consultation & Analysis
- We begin with a personal consultation and examine your scalp through a professional microscope camera, so the cleansing and care products are chosen for the condition actually in front of us.
- 02 — Double Shampooing
- Two shampoos, every time. The first lifts away everyday dirt, oil and surface impurities; the second is customised to your scalp and hair on the day — how deeply we need to cleanse, and how much scalp care is required.
- 03 — Head Bath Experience
- A relaxing head bath follows the shampooing, gently cleansing and refreshing the scalp — and this is the part most guests fall asleep in.
- 04 — Scalp & Hair Treatment
- A treatment selected for your scalp, then a customised treatment for your hair to support its condition, softness and manageability.
- 05 — Professional Finishing
- Your hair is not simply dried. Having just spent the session treating it, we protect it as it dries with heat protection and conditioning serums, then dry and lightly style it to leave it healthy, smooth and beautiful.
Every visit is different. Your scalp and hair condition changes from day to day, so the head spa is adjusted each time — the care your scalp and hair need at that particular time.
